1. Agreement to these terms

This website, meadowportconsulting.com (the “Site”), is operated by Meadowport (“Meadowport,” “we,” “us”). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

2. Who we are

Meadowport is a professional services firm that implements, integrates, and supports NetSuite ERP using AI-native delivery methods. The Site exists to describe our services and publish our perspectives. It is informational only.

3. Services are governed by separate agreements

Consulting engagements are governed exclusively by written agreements signed between Meadowport and its clients, including any master services agreement and statements of work. Nothing on the Site is an offer to provide services on particular terms, and nothing on the Site creates a client, advisory, or fiduciary relationship.

4. No professional advice

Content on the Site, including blog posts, white papers, and case studies, is provided for general information. It is not accounting, tax, legal, investment, or other professional advice, and it may not reflect the most current developments. Do not act on Site content without obtaining advice specific to your situation.

5. Intellectual property

The Site and its content — including text, graphics, diagrams, logos, the Meadowport name and wordmark, and the Site’s design — are owned by Meadowport or its licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive license to view the Site for your internal business or personal use.

You may not copy, republish, distribute, scrape, or create derivative works from Site content without our prior written permission, except for brief quotations with attribution. Third-party names and marks referenced on the Site, including NetSuite and Oracle, belong to their respective owners; no affiliation or endorsement is implied.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Site. Among other things, you will not: use the Site for any unlawful purpose; attempt to probe, disable, overburden, or interfere with the Site or its security; use automated means to scrape or harvest content or data at scale; or misrepresent your identity or affiliation in communications with us.

7. Third-party sites

The Site links to third-party sites and services, such as LinkedIn. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content or practices. Links do not imply endorsement.

8. Disclaimers

The Site is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, or uninterrupted availability. We may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Site at any time.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Meadowport will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or relating to your use of the Site. To the same extent, our total liability for any claim relating to the Site will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars (US $100). Liability arising under a signed services agreement is governed by that agreement, not these terms.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Meadowport harmless from claims, damages, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your violation of these terms or misuse of the Site.

11. Changes to these terms

We may revise these terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date above reflects the current version. Continued use of the Site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute relating to the Site will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in New York County, New York, and you consent to their jurisdiction.
