This policy describes how Meadowport (“we,” “us”) handles information in connection with meadowportconsulting.com (the “Site”). The Site is informational: it has no user accounts, no login, and no e-commerce.

2. Information we collect

Information you send us. If you email us — to ask about our services, request a document, or apply for a role — we receive what you choose to send: typically your name, email address, and the contents of your message, including any attachments such as a résumé.

Information collected automatically. We use Vercel Web Analytics, a privacy-focused analytics service, to understand aggregate Site usage: pages viewed, referrer, country, and device and browser type. This analytics service does not use cookies and does not store identifiers that track you across sites. Our hosting infrastructure also generates standard, short-lived server logs (such as IP address and request data) for security and operations.

We do not collect payment information, and we do not buy data about you from third parties.

3. How we use information

We use information to respond to your inquiries, evaluate job applications, operate and improve the Site, maintain security, and comply with legal obligations. We do not sell or rent personal information, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.

4. Cookies

The Site does not set marketing or cross-site tracking cookies. Our analytics runs without cookies. Any strictly necessary technical storage used by our hosting platform is limited to operating the Site.

5. How information is shared

We share information only with the service providers that run the Site’s infrastructure — currently Vercel (hosting and analytics), Sanity (content management), and our email provider — each acting on our behalf; when required by law or legal process; or in connection with a corporate transaction such as a merger or acquisition, in which case this policy’s commitments follow the data.

6. Client and project data

Data that clients entrust to us during consulting engagements is governed by the written agreement for that engagement and our data-handling commitments there, not by this website policy.

7. Retention

We keep correspondence for as long as needed for the purpose it was sent — for example, an ongoing inquiry or a hiring process — and then delete or archive it. Aggregated analytics contain no personal identifiers.

8. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict the use of your personal information. Email info@meadowportconsulting.com and we will honor applicable requests. We will not discriminate against you for exercising privacy rights.

9. International visitors

Meadowport operates from the United States, and the Site is hosted on infrastructure that may process data in the United States and other countries. By using the Site, you understand that your information may be processed in a jurisdiction whose laws differ from your own.

10. Children

The Site is intended for business audiences and is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
