The Role

As our first consulting hire, you will be the face of Meadowport for our early clients. You will drive implementations end-to-end while collaborating with our R&D team to refine the platform that powers our delivery. This role is for a builder who thrives on the unique challenges of a founding team—where your requirements set the product roadmap and your standards define the practice.

This role reports directly to the Executive Team. While remote, candidates must be available to work within time zones ranging from PST to EST to support our US-based clients.

What You Will Do

Delivery Leadership

• Lead full-lifecycle NetSuite implementations across discovery, solution design, build, testing, and hypercare.
• Drive functional workstreams across financials, supply chain, and professional services industries.
• Directly own project management, change management, and end-user training, leveraged by our internal AI tooling.
• Lead managed services post-go-live, shaping long-term technology roadmaps.

Platform & Product

• Partner with R&D and engineering to pressure-test agent-built customizations and AI outputs.
• Translate recurring project patterns and pain points into platform product requirements.
• Identify areas in implementations that are highly repeatable and lowly variable and work with engineering to automate those workstreams.

Practice Building

• Develop delivery standards, templates, and quality review frameworks from scratch.
• Support pre-sales activity including scoping, estimation, and Statement of Work (SOW) creation.
• Mentor and help build the consulting team as the practice scales.

What We Are Looking For

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years leading ERP transformation programs, with 5+ years in a leadership position.
• Deep functional NetSuite expertise broad enough to cover complex manufacturing and finance sessions.
• Fluency in SuiteScript, SDF, and systems architecture to work credibly with engineers and support clients with production-ready solutions that are agentically engineered.
• Executive presence with the ability to influence CFO and COO stakeholders.
• Founding Mindset: High comfort with ambiguity, breadth, and direct accountability.
• Innovation focus: A genuine interest in AI-assisted delivery and working differently than traditional SIs.
• Architecture: Proven ability to map systems architecture, manage API-driven data flows, and ensure data integrity across multi-platform stacks (CRM, EDI, WMS, and ERP).

Preferred Attributes

• Languages & Scripting: Expert proficiency in JavaScript (specifically SuiteScript 2.0/2.1) and SQL (for complex reporting/SuiteAnalytics). Familiarity with Python is a major plus for automation and AI data parsing.
• Integrations & Middleware: Deep understanding of iPaaS platforms (e.g., OIC, Celigo, Boomi, Mulesoft, Workato), REST/SOAP Web Services, JSON, and XML for robust data exchange.
• Development & DevOps: Experience using the SuiteCloud Development Framework (SDF) and Git for version control to manage deployments and collaborative development.
• BI & Analytics: Advanced capability in designing SuiteAnalytics Workbooks, Saved Searches, and dashboards; familiarity with broader BI visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) is preferred.

Compensation & Benefits

Salary Range: $125,00-$150,000 base + performance-based bonus. Please note that total compensation for this role is calculated based on an applicant's specific expertise, professional background, and technical abilities. This range does not account for potential other bonuses and incentive compensation.

Travel

This role requires up to 75% travel with an expectation of between 25% and 50% travel on average.
